At the launch, Adam talked about how he loves blue cheese on a burger. According to him, ‘blue cheese has such a sharp taste, it’s really a great balance to the richness of a burger patty’. Attendees at the launch had the chance to create their own burger from a delicious buffet of fresh fillings prepared by Guilty Sydney, the launch venue of the night.
